The Network works really hard to keep the costs as low and affordable as possible. The fees that are paid actually cover approximately 60% of the cost of the event. The rest is made up by grants and donations.

Intensive Care Courses
Intensive Care Courses are day long, in-depth sessions designed to provider expertise in topics. Look for additional information about this year's ICC's in this space. ICC's are available to individuals registered for the main event only.

Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or by check. For credit card payments, the full amount will be charged to your account at the time that you register. For check payments, you will be emailed an invoice for the full amount due when you register. We must receive a check for the full amount due within 10 days.
Sometimes people want to register in the fall, but pay out of next year's budget line. That's fine. Please go ahead and register, and then send a note indicating that a check will be sent after January 1. We will honor the earlier price.

Your registration includes dinner on Sunday evening as well as food at two evening receptions. We will try to provide additional meals based on sponsorship.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare at this conference. We understand that childcare is often an issue for our participants and that sometimes parents need to bring small children along with them.
If you are unable to make alternate arrangements for any childcare needs, please do your best to ensure that the presence of small children doesn't interfere with the ability of others to participate in the Extravaganza.
Please understand that the Extravaganza has hard costs that relate to the number of people who register for the event.If someone cancels their registration, we still have to pay those costs.
Cancelations before December 15, 2017 will be refunded 50 percent of registration fees. After December 15, we are unable to refund any of the registration fee.
